CSA Winter Outdoor Recreational Soccer Program (U5 - HS age groups) is a program that will help keep players active playing soccer during the winter season. The Winter Outdoor Rec Program is games only (no team practices). Games will be played 3v3 on small sided fields. Teams will roster a max of 8 players for the season with game day rosters only holding a max of 6. The program is run by Adult Volunteer Coaches and Assistant Coaches.

Coaches will inform team of game schedule once released. Games are usually held on Saturdays between 9am - 5pm and/or Sunday afternoons between 12pm - 5pm (weather permitting).
Regular Season games should begin the first weekend in January through the end of February (weather permitting).
Based on number of teams in each division and region, games will either be played at Windy Hill Middle (North Region), Plum Point Middle (Central Region), or Southern Middle (South Region).
Typically, six to eight games (weather permitting). Winter Outdoor Recreation Program begins in December and ends by the beginning of March.
What you need to bring
The player will need to wear warm athletic attire under their uniform, shin guards, athletic footwear (cleats are not required but strongly encouraged), and bring plenty of water to all games.
Home Team players will wear a yellow/gold (or light colored) jersey. Away Team players will wear a gray/black (or dark colored) jersey. We suggest purchasing a CSA Rec Uniform kit ($40)
U15+/HS: 2006 - 2002
* Middle Schoolers born in September 2006 - December 2006 may request to play in the U13/U14 division. Players will not be moved down unless a request is made. Request must be sent to the Recreation Commissioner.
Pre-formed Team registration fee:
- 2016 - 2013: $175 per team
- 2012 - 2007: $225 per team
- 2006 - 2002: $275 per team
Individual Player registration fee: (for players who need to be placed on a team)
- 2016 - 2013: $35 per player
- 2012 - 2007: $45 per player
- 2006 - 2002: $55 per player
*Recreation Uniform Kit is an additional $40 fee
****** If your player was registered in 2020 Spring Season and has not utilized their credit and would like to for the Winter Program, ONLY INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATIONS can use the credit and teams will be formed at random prior to the season with NO requests honored. Please register and do NOT pay. We will apply 2020 Spring credits to eligible registrants.
*** REFUNDS - All transactions are subject to a fee. Refunds may be requested prior to regular registration closing and team placement. All refund requests will be considered but are not promised or guaranteed. There will be no refunds once regular registration closes and/or team placement has begun. If season is cancelled prior to it beginning, paid fees will be refunded minus the MSYSA registration fee.
