Coaching Education

Want to further your education in Soccer Coaching?

CSA wants to make sure all our youth soccer coaches have the tools they need to succeed. Coaching education is an important part of becoming a better coach.

Prerequisites - If you do not already have a log in under U.S. Soccer's DCC, you will need to create one. For all Grassroots courses, candidates must be at least 16 years old and have completed U.S. Soccer's Introduction to Grassroots Coaching module (online).

For the National D Course, you will need to have completed:

  • USSF E & F, if you only have USSF F then you will also need to attend the Grassroots 11v11 (in-person) and one other Grassroots course (in-person).

  • Two in-person Grassroots courses (one must be 11v11 and other can be 9v9, 7v7, or 4v4) and one online Grassroots course (11v11, 9v9, 7v7, or 4v4)
